sets running $1.50. Ceramic angels are $4.00 to
ship, lightweight jewelry is $1.50 to $3.00. We
work hard to keep our shipping costs reasonable
and fair to you. There is never a handling charge
on any of our items. |

we are a family business, you may hear some of
our younger "employees" in the background...they
are one of the reasons we started this business
back in 1998...to provide a high-quality, customer
oriented gift store while still being able to
maintain our family-oriented lifestyle). Don't

The gifts we offer all reflect our personal tastes.
Most of our offerings are things we have found
that we really like, and so we try to find a way
to offer them to you. The handcrafted and art
items are often done by personal friends of high
integrity, not to mention talent!

| We have set up credit card processing
through VeriSign (who was since purchased by PayPal)
to provide the best online security for your credit
card information. Your credit card information
is collected on a secure server
(you should see a padlock or other browser-specific
secure indicator) through Mal's Ecommerce - a shopping
cart which has been around for a long time and takes
security seriously. Your card information is stored
there, and we are notified that an order has been
placed. We then log in securely, and authorize your
card through VeriSign for the amount of your purchase.
At this point, your credit card information is deleted
from the secure server.
We do not keep your credit card information on
file. We refer to your transactions through
the order-id which is assigned. (We can
also refer to it by the time and date, as well).
We take the security of your credit card #'s
seriously.

We used to calculate shipping based on
how many items you ordered, but since adding feather
extension supplies to our shop, we found the policy
extremely unfair if you wanted to order something
that could be sent in a First Class envelope such
as a microlink set. But we can't charge only $1.50
to ship heavier items, such as our stained glass
angels. We found if we include shipping in the
price of our items, most shoppers don't realize
that and so think we are overpriced. Thus, we
now have a shipping fee indicated on every item.
If you order 3 items, your 3 shipping charges
will be totaled and added to your order.
There are additional charges for priority shipping
(USPS Priority Mail, or UPS 3-day) or express
(FedEx 2nd day).
If you need an order shipped Next-Day, please
contact us, via email or phone.
Our shipping costs are for US addresses.
We will be happy to contact you with the shipping
costs for other addresses.
If your shipping address is in the state of New
Mexico, we will have to charge you our sales tax.
Outside New Mexico is free of sales tax.

| You have 15 days after you receive
an order to return any items for a full refund.
So, if any item you order disappoints you, please
return it. If an item is damaged in shipment,
notify us immediately so we may begin claims with
the shipper, and can ship a replacement item to
you. You must get a Return Merchandise
Authorization (RMA) number from us before you return
the item to us.
Please note we don't reimburse express shipping
charges, or gift wrapping fees (unless the
return is due to a mistake on our part).

We do not exchange email addresses with
any one. The information you give us to
process your order remains with us, and we will not
even include you on any of our own mailing lists
without your express permission (in other words
you have to ask to be notified of our sales, new
merchandise, etc.)
The email address required on your order is
only used to correspond with you about that order,
unless you ask to be placed on a mailing list.
If you do ask to be placed on a mailing list
- your email address will not be disclosed to
any other member of the list.

In Stock and Custom Items

Our stained-glass angels are currently out-of-stock
as our designer works through some health issues.
Ceramic angels, cards, ornaments and microlinks
are normally in-stock items (unless there's been
an usually large demand!).
You are welcome to make color requests when placing
your order, using the information field of the
order form. You may also special-order our
stained-glass items.
If there are any exceptions to these estimated
ship times, you will be notified via email when
your order is processed.
